Help Reform Your District's Sexual Misconduct Policy

This Policy Guide is exclusively for students.  If you are an educator, please access our school administrator guide on this page.

There has never been a more crucial time to protect your school by reforming your Sexual Misconduct Response Policy. The new Title IX guidelines issued by the DOE went into effect on August 14, 2020, but are still being challenged in court by several states Attorney’s Generals and other organizations. These new policies have put students unknowingly at great risk of further harm after an assault and it has also put school districts at higher risk of litigation because of their lack of clarity on many points. Without an updated and trauma-informed policy in place, we are all unprotected.

If you are a student, parent, or district stakeholder of any kind, we encourage you to join us in helping schools across the country update their policies and protect their communities. Our step-by-step guide is entirely free to anyone. We ask only that you register to receive it and to please stay in contact with us about your achievements!
