Help Reform Your District's Sexual Misconduct Policy
There has never been a more crucial time to protect your school by reforming your Sexual Misconduct Response Policy. The new Title IX guidelines issued by the DOE went into effect on August 14, 2020, but are still being challenged in court by several states Attorney’s Generals and other organizations. These new policies have put students unknowingly at great risk of further harm after an assault and it has also put school districts at higher risk of litigation because of its lack of clarity on many points. Without an updated and trauma informed policy in place, we are all unprotected.
